Everything the front desk needs, from the document to the signature to the legal reports.

• Document reading

  A scanner at the desk and a chip reader for electronic documents; MRZ and printed text for all the others. Every value read is checked before it reaches the PMS.

• Signature at the desk

  The guest signs on the front desk tablet. The signed document is a PDF that records the operator, the time and the ID used; a timestamp can be turned on per property.

• Alloggiati Web and ISTAT

  Police reports and ISTAT data start from verified data, with the rules of each property.

• PMS integration

  QuaSigner works together with the PMS, Protel first. The check-in itself, with rooms and keys, stays in the PMS.

• Returning guests and groups

  Guests who stayed before are recognized, group rooming lists are loaded only once.

• Properties and roles

  Owner, administrator, manager and receptionist: each one sees only the properties assigned to them.
